Verse was an established IP that required support in evolving into a more independent product, as it was heavily depended on another product. At 302, we aimed to provide a solution that allowed items to be placed statically while still maintaining their positioning across multiple headsets over a cloud-based format. The assets featured in the video below were sourced from an asset pack on the Unity store to demonstrate functionality.

As the lead producer on this project, I took on a project management role with a range of key responsibilities, including:

• Ensuring client expectations were not only met, but exceeded
• Monitoring upcoming milestones
• Leading client meetings and providing updates
• Communicating project updates to stakeholders
• Implementing Agile framework for the team
